AI Edu Initiative was found in 2023 in Germany when the world got crazy about the ChatGPT. Group of scientists got together to educate broad society about risks and challenges related to GenAI use. In a series of meetings we connected Computer scientists, Physicists, Lawyers and Medical Doctors discussing the chances and benefits but also risks that AI poses in their specific field. Always followed up by a panel discussion with questions from the audience, the events target the general society and are supposed to provide a food for thought also for non-scientists.

In 2024 we launched a series of events organized in different European countries, in their national languages. We started the AI Tour in Warsaw, Poland, with an event coorganized by Polonium Foundation and hosted by IDEAS NCBR.
